- NONevaeh OukourSep 16, 20261.0Me and my boyfriend have been coming here a good handful of times recently and tell me why almost every single time we get subs they’re wrong ? for example a few days ago I ordered a roast beef and cheddar with ONLY ranch and pickles, not very hard. They gave me a sub FULL of lettuce, and hardly any pickles also i wanna point out that i had called to get a new one and they acted like they didn’t care a bit, not even a "i’m sorry" on the phone or in person. Then today, my boyfriend ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no lettuce and no tomatoes, guess what? there was A TONNN of lettuce and tomato on it. I don’t know what has to change but it’s very ridiculous they’re messing up orders so frequently. PLEASE make a change. I love getting Jimmy John’s but i’m not going to continue to pay you if you keep wasting my time and money, nobody wants to go back and forth to get a sub corrected because your employees aren’t trained good enough or obviously don’t care to please their customers to the best of their abilities.

I will say though, it was freaky cold in there..like wow cold! I run hot and typically appreciate the A/C, but that was on another level, like arctic shelf level lol. The food was just how you want it. Keep up the good work!
