This store has I'll not honor coupons, no napkins in the bag, didn't ask if I needed any sauces.

I enjoy the French dip. But it’s hard to enjoy when I only have enough broth for half of my sandwich? I don’t get it. I have written in before about the low amount of broth. Before if I asked for an extra amount, no problem. Now if I ask for another container of broth they want to charge me fifty cents? How big of a loss could it be for Arby’s? I go there at least once a week. I just want enough to enjoy my sandwich. Maybe it’s just the Owosso store.but it’s disappointing! to not have enough broth for a whole sandwich

Spoke with a Rob on the phone about a previous order i wasn't totally satisfied with. He made sure he did everything in his power to make sure my next order was made perfectly. I appreciate stuff like that
