The drinks are always delicious but the staff is also so pleasant. I come regularly and usually order the same thing. A beautiful young lady recommended something new for me and it is very yummy! She is always just very friendly, always kind, and smiling. In this world today it is refreshing to have your morning energy drink served with a smile.

Aariel is owosso mi is the best! She makes it a point to get to know her customers for personal service She always has a smile and an awesome greeting in the early morning. Greeted me one day asked me my name. Impressed me the next day by calling me by name and recalling my order. Now whether inside or out always makes it a point to say good morning and have an awesome day at school.

A fair wait in line, they got the drinks out pretty quick. I know the smoothies take a bit longer to make so I’m happy to wait for it. Delicious as always. I tried a green apple strawberry smoothie.

I honestly don't know what has changed with this business over the last few weeks but they have gone from having some of the best flavored coffee in the area to burned dishwater in a cup. When they first open everything on the menu was amazing and honestly the staff and atmosphere still are. The products have turned into something that I would rather toss out of the window while gagging over whatever I just tasted. I have tried ordering different things on the menu, changing flavors, suger content, temp's (iced, frozen, hot), and if anything it's all gotten worse. Whatever was changed needs to be changed back or I for one and my family included will not be going back and will happily share our experiences both positive and negative until things are corrected. I'm honestly so disappointed and feel sorry for them because I would love to see this place succeed.

Update: I went back and Kylie straightened everything out and It was DELICIOUS!!!!!! THANK YOU KYLIE!!!!! I chose 7Brew today over Biggby (I even had buy one get one free coupons for Biggby) I chose 7Brew because I had my Mother with me and wanted her to try how delicious their coffee is. Well I was beyond disappointed when we received our order the Vanilla latte she ordered had no vanilla flavor it was just coffee...the caramel mocha cold brew I ordered was just cold coffee (very strong coffee) and the Blondie I ordered was again just strong coffee all the cold brews looked the same. I'm beyond disappointed I wasted my money and didn't get to show my mother how much better 7Brew is compared to Biggby. The only positive I can say about this experience was the individual taking our order was extremely friendly and pleasant had great customer service.
