    i’m usually not a person to leave a poor review. but i came through on mother’s day, ordered a large frosted sugar cookie breve (i think that’s the name) and added almond flavoring to it, i was given a large plain, almond milk latte with absolutely no sweetener:( it was disappointing. they were busy and i 100% can understand mess ups because of being busy as i also work at a coffee shop. i have high faith it was an accident due to that reason, hoping for a fix. thanks

    Service was friendly, but my Toasted Marshmallow Latte had zero flavor. If you like your coffee to taste like coffee and not brownish sweetened milk, I’d steer clear of this place. Even Bigby would be an improvement, and that’s not saying much. I’d rather pay a little more, have an latte that’s full of flavor, and support a local business by heading to Foster’s instead.

    Got the mango blood orange smoothie it has big chunks of ice in it that kept blocking the straw. When I finally got to the end there was big chunks of ice not even blended. The system needs work. Going thru drive thru and getting our drinks when I am stuck behind two or more vehicles is not acceptable. If you have an issue with timing of drinks maybe there should be a line with quicker drinks that get made in order so not to keep people in line.

    I have been to this 7 brew a few times. I have had one bad experience here with orders being mixed up and the srvice wasn't the best. I decided to give it another try because ita a new establishment and eventually the service will improve. Went throught the drive through put my order in the young women that took my order got all the drink orders right and was very pleasant. When I got ip to the window doors to get my drinks the employee who stood out to me was Sadi...very friendly and kind young women with a great attitude. Sadi asked us what our favorite candy bar was she asked everyone in the car she explained it was something fun they do everyday. Also, I was impressed they waited to make the milkshake we orderd until we got up to the window so it wasn't melted I told Sadi this she said Yes, we make those last for that reason so they won't be melted. I really appreciated Sadis excellent customers service.. She made me want to come back. I hope 7 brew acknowledges their good employees. Thank you Sadi for your kindness and excellent customer service. We had three brew berry's and a vanilla milk shake... my nephew Hunter said the milk shake tasted like he's drinking heaven.

    Pretty disappointing experience. I normally go to the Lansing one and always have an amazing experience with really positive people. We went for swag day and we each got 3 drinks, 6 total. We were asked what sizes for our shirts and we requested certain colors with our sizes if possible. We were told absolutely and when the girl came back she gave us each all the same color of shirts, 6 reds. We asked about the different colors and the girl said “I don’t know” and didn’t acknowledge us after that because our order was complete. We got out after getting through the line to go up to the tent and ask of we could please switch out two shirts for a different color since we were given 6 reds when there’s 3 other colors available. Immediately a girl shut us down and said “it’s get what you get sorry no random picks” Very rudely. We asked again politely that there’s no way to just quickly switch out two shirts so we don’t have 6 reds since we’re right here? And she just repeated herself very rudely. And no longer acknowledged us. However we did talk to a worker named Donovan and he was really great. Listened to what we were saying and didn’t rudely interrupt and dismiss us. He explained that some of the colors only came in one size so that might be why we only got a specific color but he’d gladly go back over and switch out some colors for us. I do completely understand there are a lot of new workers and it’s opening week, swag day is particularly busy. But giving customers attitudes when they’re trying to ask you something and completely interrupting and dismissing them is not okay no matter how busy and crazy things might get. If I did that at my customer service job I’d be fired. There were lots of great workers today with good positive attitudes even when they weren’t sure of how to do something. But it really sucks when I’m spending over $20 for drinks and trying to support the new stand and get treated pretty rudely because certain employees don’t care to deal with it. They need to do better.
