  The employees are always so nice and I love coming in to get my favorite drink it always ends with a great conversation and my drink is always prefect I come in pretty much everyday 😋 To the 7brew employees, all of you are awesome just ignore the haters and the bad reviews most of us never have a bad experience!!! Dont let people discourage all the hard work you guys do being in the heat isn't easy and most of owosso appreciates you 🩷🩷🩷

  I was a really big fan of this location when it first opened, but unfortunately my recent experiences haven’t been the same. There have been multiple times when employees seemed to help certain customers while leaving others waiting, and the interactions haven’t felt very friendly or welcoming. I also used to appreciate that orders were taken while customers waited in line, but lately I’ve had to wait until reaching the main part of the building. The drinks are still great, but the service and overall atmosphere have really gone downhill for me.

  I came here on Sunday around 3pm when it was not particularly busy at all, as I was able to pull all the way up to the stand in lane 2. After ordering, I had realized the employee Hannah had not asked me my phone number for my points. After waiting a few minutes for her to return to the stand from talking with the other employees, I asked if it was too late to receive points for the order. She said no and that there was nothing they could do once the order was placed. Mistakes happen, but I was quite offput by her bluntness. There was no "sorry about that" or anything, she just shrugged it off. As someone who has worked at a 7brew location, I would not act that way if I had forgotten a customer's points. I do not buy coffee very often, so the points towards the 7th drink actually do matter to me. Not sure how often I'll be coming back to this location now.
