  One of the best tropical smoothies I’ve been to! The morning staff are awesome and always make my day! I never have to wait long for my order and it is always delicious!

  My experience at Tropical Smoothie has been poor in the past but recently I went and was amazed at the service! Olivia (I believe her name was) was absolutely amazing! She brightened my day with cheerfulness and positivity while ensuring I had everything I needed.

  Every time Ive been here my food isnt how I ordered it and the customer service is awful. Last time I went directly to T.S I will not be back

  Today I saw a disgusting interaction between what I'd assume is the manager (heavy set female) with an employee (new?). She was incredibly disrespectful/condescending toward him, when he asked for clarification on my smoothie. It was truly bizarre. The music at this location is insanely loud. I wont be visiting this location again.
