  Perfect hole in the wall! Beautiful view of the lake. Great burgers and friendly staff! Will be back for sure!!

  Had the best time at the Boat Bar! Great dive bar on the lake. We came with our dog, Moose, and we hung out on the deck. They even gave him a chicken nug. We will be back and will be bringing friends!

  Not a Fan...1st time experience. On our way to concert, found Boat Bar online. The website page is much more appealing than Realtime. Upon entering the place felt dirty. Dark, unclean. Smelled like old Pine sol bucket of dirty sling mop. Once acknowledged ordered the "WorldFamous" butter burger cuz why not. Staff was friendly and busy except the waitress (long braided hair) who was on the outer deck sitting talking at a table. Probably why she didnt notice us. But the bartender (more mature woman) did and assisted us. Needless to say, the burgers were a disappointment. And about halfway through the concert started having stomach cramping ended up leaving the concert early because of symptoms. Thought it might be the food blew it off, but in the middle of the night my spouse had the same symptoms.So we both did the math on that. In summation, the boat bar is in a great location.And they have a gem, but they need to step it up and rethink some renovation. We would have been better off going across the street to bullfrogs, which used to be our go to before a concert. Can't say that we will return to boat bar. Update: whomever responded to this review may need to RE-READ this post instead of "finding and assuming" going to a concert that all concert goers are "consuming spirits". To Correct your response we came to your establishment BEFORE THE CONCERT! Was quite EVIDENT what WE BOTH CONSUMED at your bar DEFINITELY AFFECTED BOTH OF OUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEMS!! to assume it was our concert spirits (we do not drink nor ate anything) suggests you to take no responsibility for your drinks or food! BTW...your parking lot was EMPTY as we drove by AFTER the concert! So in closing Thank you for confirming what we already surmised about your establishment...and gonna guess Bullfrogs is NOW a better place since changing hands! 😉
