I generally like the food, it is healthy and the portions are good. However, the service and atmosphere of this location is terrible. A lot of people standing around with one or two servicing customers in slow motion and sometimes with attitude. There doesn't appear to be a manager in charge, at least not one who cares. The employees just seem to go through the motions. They frequently run out of food items. Cleanliness is not a priority. It just seems like chaos every time I go there. Whoever is responding to the negative reviews is just giving lip service, nothing has changed. Either they don't care or they've given up.

All real food, simple and delicious. I got a bowl and there was enough for 2 meals. With all the crazy stuff going on in the food industry, it's nice to know there is someplace to go for clean food.

I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up the resturant was so dirty- both at the tables/drink station and behind the counter that I didn’t feel comfortable eating there and immediately walked out. Corporate wouldn’t provide a refund, but I’d rather lose my money than risk a stomach bug.

Honestly, this was one of the nastiest fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The environment was dirty, and the overall cleanliness and staff standards were extremely disappointing. After eating here, my stomach was upset for days, which made the experience even worse. I would seriously recommend staying away from this location until they improve their cleanliness, staffing, and food-safety standards. This place needs better management and much stronger regulations and oversight. Very disappointing experience.

It was late the other day. I was on my way back from spending the day with my elderly father in the emergency room. My dad has pretty bad dementia and isn't so steady on his feet anymore. But we were both hungry. I wanted something quick but good and healthy. Chipotle is open later than any such place. (Thank you for that!) When we arrived it was really close to closing. The workers were cleaning up from the day and I'm sure they weren't too pleased to see another customer. But I would never have known it from their behavior. I had left my dad in the car because it was much easier. But half way through ordering I realized I can't leave him alone like that!!! He might get confused and might walk off so I kept turning around and watching him. The young kids behind the counter were so sweet to me! I think they could tell something was up. They were kind and attentive and I felt like they went out of their way to make me smile. I paid and went back to the car. Thankfully Dad was there but now he needed to go to the bathroom! Yikes!!! I got out of the car and ran over to his side, but he was already trying to get out. He's not too heavy anymore, but he's still pretty big for me. He almost lost his balance and I had to catch him on the curb. Inside, there was a young man mopping right by the entrance. He opened the door for me. Called me ma'am over and over. Got the bathroom door for me. Again made me feel so much better in this stressful moment. This happened a few weeks ago, but I've thought I'd these young gentlemen often. They are what folks should be like. I doubt they would remember me, but they left a big impression on my heart. I just wanted to thank them in the only way I knew how for being kind and helpful and making me smile that night.
