  Stopped in on my lunch break on yesterday. There was a sign on the door saying "No rice, sorry for the inconvenience." Annoying, but nothing we can do about it. I'm in line waiting to order. There are about 7-8 of us waiting and one person running the line. I see to the left, that the ladies making the online orders do have rice. So I ask if it was for online orders only and if I should order that way. She said that it was, but that they had also just ran out. Cool....there are still 3 people ahead of me. In the kitchen, I see a worker removing a pot of rice from the cooker and separating it into the metal containers, for the line. I ask the guy on the line "Oh, how long until that rice is on the line?" Before he could answer, the same online order worker yells "THAT RICE IS NOT EVEN FOR THE LINE! IT'S GONNA BE FOR ONLINE ORDERS!" Firstly, I was not talking to you. Secondly, I had ALREADY asked if I ordered online, will I have rice and you said no. After waiting for 15-20 min in line, I ordered online and waited another 5 minutes for it to be ready, JUST to be allowed ti get rice. Luckily, there was another nice young lady working online orders and she was the ONLY reason they kept my business. Rude and unprofessional as hell. And if ALL of us customers are spending the same money, and we can very clearly see that you DO have rice... who are you to decide if we do or don't get rice. Damn, rice patrol!

  I dont know know how this place stays open. It might be the worst run business I've ever experienced. Food is fine, when you can get it. Constantly out of food...the rice machine is broken...and for the love of God dont look at the floor behind the counter. Nasty! Go anywhere else.

  Slow and dirty. When we arrived, there were 8 people in line ahead of us. 6 left without even ordering. We left without ordering also. So sad.. Chipotle used to be sooo good, but now it seems every store is so poorly managed. Review your in-store video from 7/20 at 9:20pm. You'll see most of the customers walk out frustrated (or disgusted) without even ordering.

  Well, today was the first time I tried Chipotle On Baldwin rd in Orion twp! To sum it up in a phrase? I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT DISGUSTING PLACE AGAIN! The place was filthy. Crab all over the food service area. The cooking area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Ask for honey chicken, the kid said "we ain't got none." Asked about steak. Answer "we ain't got none!" It one thing to run out of product but it's another to be disgusting and unclean/unhealthy. I'm seriously considering calling the health department tomorrow morning. Ya, it was that bad.

  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Line was to the door while only 1 person working the food station. Other workers standing around, just chatting and flirting. Not a professional establishment from my perspective. The dining area was a complete wreck, practically no tables were clean, trashes were overflowing, and so much more. This is not the first occurrence I’ve seen this location in this shape, as I always go to this one due to convenience. I’m so over it, I just had to write a review myself. Might be my last time though. Hopefully corporate can step in and do something already, nothing has seemed to improve even though many others have had the same experience, based on the Google and Yelp reviews. Do better!
