  I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. It used to be friendly and fast and stocked with goodies. It appears that it is now under new ownership and every time I go, there are at least half of the options missing And the employees are either on their Bluetooth currently talking to other people while they’re serving people or are monotone and argumentative. It’s unfortunate as it is such a busy location. When I was there today, I watched multiple people walk straight out after walking in due to hearing that they were out of Turkey, Tomato, Lettuce, and Spinach Among multiple other things. In Addition there was only two types of bread white or wheat. The point of Subway® is to have options in this place definitely doesn’t have them.

  Tried 2 evenings in a row to buy a sub here. First time the guy at the counter said he was in the process of closing up. It was 30 min before closing time. Next evening, the (different) guy behind the counter was counting pennies into the drawer of the register. Said he'd be with me shortly. I waited patiently for about 2 minutes. He finished counting the pennies. Entered that into the register.....then started counting the nickels !!! I left. BTW....... Jersey Mike's, next door, was GREAT !!!

  FOOD SAFETY ISSUE While the guy working (Topher was the name on his hat) was making an online order, we were waiting in the lobby. After finishing the online, a lady had come in to pickup her online order and didn’t even look at the name on the tag and ended up taking someone else’s order by mistake. About five minutes later, a gentlemen came in to pickup his online order or 3rd party. His order was missing. Instead of remaking the gentlemen’s order, the server simply called the lady that took the wrong order and told her she took the wrong one. The lady was fully out of the store with the wrong order and even out of the parking lot. When the lady came back, she brought the gentleman’s order with her that already left the premises and the server just took the order from her and immediately handed it to the gentleman. This is a HUGE red flag. This little shop in Ovid is one of the few options we have without driving 10 plus miles out of town. I just can’t fathom how the server thought this was okay. You don’t know where the food has been or what could’ve been done to it. Again, ANYBODY in food service knows better.

  Haven’t had Turkey since ‘Nam apparently. The last 3 times I tried to order on the app, the accepted the order just to tell me they couldn’t make it when I got there to pick it up 25 minutes later. I love when people waste my time and don’t even care.
