  What the hell Jimmy John's your $8 roast beef sandwich has one slice of roast beef on it and about a pound and a half of lettuce. Deeply disappointed I feel like I just paid $8 and change for a lettuce sandwich. Definitely not the Jimmy John's I used to love

  Order a sandwich for lunch, picked it up around 3:15pm 8/7/26. Got to work to realized it’s literally soaking wet. I asked for kickin ranch on it, they added it all right… to the point it was literally soaking wet and dripping. Threw the whole sandwich away and had to work 8.5 hours on an empty stomach. Didn’t help the lady handing it to me was giggling and rude.

  Came to get a takeout with my kid. They were very friendly, and even went through the effort of making my son's sandwich with their ingredients seperate. I was impressed with the way they had packed the lettuce seperate from the tomatoes. Tomatoes came into their own little container.

  Don’t go here, its fallen from grace. Orders for delivery never show up and if they do, it’ll be mushy and wet depending on the sandwich. Even when it’s for pickup your sandwich will still end up smelling or tasting like onions and olive oil, whether you asked for that or not. Even the employees are dont care. Its like no one wants to be there. At least they know how crappy it is and understand when you ask for a refund. Whatever happened to the Jimmy Johns that was freaky fast??
