  I'm just here to say, and I hope his parents see this, Jackson is a great kid!! They sure did raise him to be a good one. First, he laughed when I said, "I need a roast beef slider with no cheese or bun for my dog. THEN when I got to the window, after hitting all the potholes, I said "OMG WHAT DID I FREAKING HIT?" And he laughed and said, "oh the potholes. We hear you guys hit them in our speaker." I laughed just as much as he did. I told him that service like his was hard to find these days and asked his name. I said, "Oh! Easy like Michael Jackson!" He shared that's who he's named after. I said, "I'm named after Lisa Marie Presley so I get it! You have cool parents." It's hard to find people in customer service (especially fast food!) these days that have a smile on their face and just joy. I will definitely return to Arby's for my dog, and hope to see Jackson again. Great kid!

  It was between McDonald's or Arby's. Should have gone to McDonald's. I got the classic roast beef meal with curly fries. The sandwich was horrible, smashed with meat and liquid cheese falling out. The fries were tasteless and cardboard. Now that I know ... Never going back.
