They recently catered my event and before dinner was served we had a power outage at the venue. When I say I got a chance to experience what a professional caterer looks like, believe me. Our food was hot and delicious all night!..even the salad was great. It could have been a disastrous situation but Chef Mandell and his staff were FULLY prepared for any situation. Don’t walk to book with them, RUN! You will be pleased!
