    So unprofessional,at the the drive thru speaker and not one person comes to speaker to even say one word to even acknowledge that I’m here like this becoming to normal and acceptable when it’s not normal

    I ordered a derpy McFlurry through the mobile app and I went to the drive thru Sunday night and it took 20 minutes to even tell them my drive thru code and then when I got to the first window they gave my receipt 10 minutes later. I get to the second window and he hands me everything but my second one and then when I tell them I didn’t get my other McFlurry they look at me crazy and say they don’t have that then they refused to give me a refund and had me drive around to the first window and then that guy told me they didn’t want to refund me!!!!

    Came here after work and no one would answer the drive-thru speakers. People in the lane next to me stated that they had been waiting 20 minutes with no answer. They don’t even post a sign. Shut it down.

    This is the 3rd or 4th day in a row that this McDonald’s location is ONLY taking DoorDash orders. I pulled into the drive-thru expecting to order like normal, but the employee told me they’re not accepting any regular drive-thru customer orders. Everything is apparently reserved for DoorDash drivers right now. No signs, no notice in the app, nothing — just wasted time and gas for everyone else. Super frustrating experience.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s tonight. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and parked in the designated curbside spot. I waited 28 minutes without any communication from the staff. During that time, I noticed multiple cars sitting in the drive-thru for extended periods, and many eventually left the line without receiving their orders because of the long wait. Since the dining room was closed, I finally got out of my car and walked to the drive-thru window to find out what was going on. That’s when I was told that curbside service is not available after a certain time. If that’s the case, why was curbside pickup still available as an option in the app when I placed my order? And if the restaurant knew curbside wasn’t being offered, why did no one come outside or notify me instead of letting me sit there for nearly half an hour? What made the situation even more frustrating was that the manager seemed just as unaware of what was happening as the employee at the window. There was no clear explanation, no accountability, and no effort to address the inconvenience. The issue wasn’t just the wait—it was the lack of communication and poor management. Customers should not be able to select curbside pickup if it isn’t available, and they certainly shouldn’t be left waiting indefinitely without any information. This was one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had, and it left me very disappointed with both the service and management at this location.
