    I went in yesterday 8/31/26 for a salad which I called in. I received a text saying my salad is ready. I go in and have to wait 16 minutes for the salad. I’ve been going here for years might I add. After waiting , I get my salad and leave. While driving i reach for the chicken on the salad. It’s cold! Not room temp cold. Refrigerator cold. I called in and told them and asked was it made today? He lies and says yes. I ask again he replies yes. I asked for it to re made. I wait 7 minutes before going back in. I sit holding the salad. He comes out and ask for the salad . I immediately mention I don’t want the same salad back. He looses it. I watched him go back in the kitchen, take the salad out the bag and is about to act like it’s a new salad. I request a refund. He’s irate! He stomps from the kitchen, comes from behind the counter gets in my faces yelling at me. I tell him I don’t want to argue just a refund. This man (I 5 ‘1 female) get even madder and gets in my faces again yelling , while the restaurant now has other customers , calls me a thief saying I was trying to steal the salad. I told him he was lying and that I was holding it because I didn’t want the same salad. He yells I was stealing 7 more times. I am done with this restaurant. This isn’t the first time this same man yelled at me. Before I wanted to use the bathroom and he was yelling saying they don’t have one. I say ok let me just get my food. He thinking I’m lying about my order ask in a smug attitude way what you order? I call out my order his attitude changes and he offered to let me use the bathroom. “The one they didn’t have.” I get my food and leave . I was so upset didn’t want to argue that time either but that didn’t stop him from yelling at me. Both time his co workers were looking at him confused. Why because I literally did nothing to provoke his rage. The first time I let it go because the food is usually good and people have bad days. . But after this second time I can’t do it. Walking up in my face is unacceptable.
