Saw my drinks sitting there for 35 minutes and took an hour for the food to be easy. Also saw other customers waiting just as long. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location.

If she ever quits just close the store because this Panera has been on the struggle bus since 2020. However Carley has just changed a 2 star to a 4! Give that young lady a raise!

I placed a Rapid Pick-Up mobile order for a large Regular Mac & Cheese, but when I got home and opened the container, I discovered I had been given the Bacon Mac & Cheese instead. As a strict vegetarian, this isn't just a "minor mix-up"—it rendered the entire meal inedible. Because the bacon was mixed throughout, the dish was contaminated, and I had no choice but to throw the entire order away. The point of using Rapid Pick-Up is convenience and accuracy, but it seems the staff failed to double-check the order details before bagging it. When a customer orders a meat-free item, it is often for ethical, religious, or health reasons. Having that ignored is incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my money. I’m very hesitant to order from here again if basic order accuracy can't be guaranteed. I hope management takes more care in training staff to verify orders, especially those involving dietary restrictions.
