The dining area was disappointing tables were visibly dirty, there were no forks or napkins available, and the garbage was overflowing. As a paying customer, I expected a much better experience. If a location is short-staffed, please consider bringing in team members from nearby stores to help maintain basic cleanliness and customer service standards. Customers shouldn’t have to pay more while receiving less.

Please train your staff to be professional at least.

The space is skinny and hard to get through when busy and the trash outside is huge, open, and gross if you have to walk out the 'patio side' doors since its too crowded. And to get in and out of the plaza is excessive, instead of a quick in and out.
