  It was a little crowded . The service was fast. Staff were very pleasant. Food was very good. I enjoyed my lunch.

  If you’ve got 30 minutes for a bowl, this is the place for you. I timed it, and I waited 24 minutes before being able to order with only 4 people ahead of me. Only one person on the line that would walk away in between every customer. The online order station was cranking out bowls, but that person not once helped with the long in-person queue. Not sure what part of scooping premade ingredients into a bowl takes 24 minutes for 4 people, but I’m open to feedback. No apologies for the wait times with the line reaching the door at 9pm. Once I finally received my order, there were no utensils and a ton of trash all over the drink area. The juices were empty, though it appeared the only fork was in the drain tray for those, maybe that’s where the manager suggests I get a fork? See photos. Once home, I opened the side of chips to find over half the chips were soggy, greasy, and chewy. Completely underdone and inedible. See photo 3 for how many were like that, unbelievable they put these into a bag to sell. If you’re considering this location, don’t. Get back in your car, drive to the next nearest Chipotle and order, you’ll probably have your food sooner. Or go to Qdoba. Won’t be returning. Hard to imagine the store manager is proud of this experience, if they even visit their own store.

  The restaurant is dirty. Table have crumbs all over. The utensils location mix with trash. Yike!

  Unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience every time I’ve visited this Chipotle. The staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming, and there’s very little effort to make customers feel respected or valued. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but that’s not an excuse for poor customer service. After multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back to this location. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.

  Very rude service from the lady serving my food on 08/27/2026 around 8:00pm. The food station was a mess. The lady rushed through making my bowl and gave me portion sizes I’ve never seen before after going to chipotle for years. I received no manners from the staff. The interior was also dirty, no napkins to grab, and silverware thrown all over the place. The craziest part is around 5 workers standing in the back on their phones while the place looks like a tornado ran through it. I rarely leave reviews but I had to here.
