  Never in all my years of going to Chick-fil-A have I had a horrible experience, waiting in drive thru line quite some time, got my breakfast burrito and it was ice cold, I pulled around and went in. There was a nice young girl who tried to give me a gift card, I just wanted them to remake the burrito so i refused the card. I get the 2nd burrito, was super small and i opened it, no potatoes, cold cheese and cold tortilla. Took it in for a 2nd time and the manager just shouted, "Give her, her money back." No I'm sorry or anything. I wanted it done right, not my money back. So I left astonished on how I treated and called there. The mailbox to explain your situation was not established so I called again hoping to press Zero to speak to that manager. Some young girl called me back, was very polite reading from a script telling me she'd take my name and offered me a free breakfast. I want the CORPORATE store to see this review. The manager yelled back to the kitchen, this is the 3rd cold burrito this morning. Apparently, they haven't trained the staff on how to cook to Chick-fil-A's standards. Never ever experienced a problem at a Chick-fil-A before today, it was very unbelievable, and they were not even busy as it was 10am.

  I did a mobile through order and the app wouldn’t allow me to add extra strawberry syrup to my lemonade, so I asked the employee running the orders in the drive-through if he would be able to get them to add extra strawberry syrup in the lemonade for me and he went inside when he didn’t have to, and asked them to add the extra strawberry syrup for me it’s kind gestures like this in customer service that really matter because it’s so rare to see nowadays his name was Patrick and he’s an amazing employee! and was so kind thank you patrick!

  Interestingly the quality of food at this location isn't as good as when I visit other stores from this brand. It isn't awful but I've noticed that the chicken is never hot like at the other stores. I've been here 3 times now and the store is nice, the staff is friendly. But the chicken was warm, not hot. When I visit the Southfield location my chicken is always hot and fresh.

  miss Rosa is the best!! Wonderful service, conversation and smiles. She even took the time to run my phone out into the parking lot when I left it. She makes the Novi location our first choice when thinking about chikfila

  This is my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I went into the dining area, not the drive thru. Wow! The service was so efficient and the employees were all very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The dining area was kept clean with regular sweeping and cleaning. Parking was a bit of a challenge but after a bit of circling we found a spot. Overall I was pretty impressed. A really nice experience!
