  It was my first time at CAVA, and I had such a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. A big thank you to Cam, who helped us out and made the experience even better. They were friendly, and took the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. Excellent customer service and great food—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  We just moved not too long ago to the area, upon our last visit (second time going) there was a woman who was very short with staff in front of us. She asked the same thing over and over to the staff working about kids meals. At the end before cashing out she told them she didn’t want any of the stuff they made her, and went to on to complain about the staff to the manager. Like completely wasted everyone’s time. The manager, and each of the staff there handled it like PROS though! Give em all a raise because that type of customer service and patience with people is rare to come by nowadays.

  Came across this restaurant during my visit to Novi I had my grandfather in town and we decided to dine in. Customer service was not as great as expected. No one really acknowledged us when entering the place. There was a line ahead of us and it was mid day, so I did not think much of it. Went to order the new salmon strawberry sesame bowl and got ready to check out the young lady at the register was not very friendly, every question I had regrading the food she would nod her head to indicate a response she hardly said a word. We were not thanked by any employee for coming in and not a single person working that day smiled or greeted. Food tasted great, I just wish this place had a friendlier interaction with the people coming to eat. Sorry, will not be going back.

  Don was absolutely amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend Don to anyone looking for outstanding service. Thank you again for such a great experience!

  The first time I went was one week ago and it was a decent experience and the food was pretty good despite them having no knives to cut the salmon and power greens. The second time I went was a few days later and there was way too much dressing (the dressing was watered down significantly) and the pita chips were not ready. I waited for them for over 20 minutes and the cashier gave a batch to the customers behind me and then left out of the building and was driven off. I was so confused. And there were still no knives. I wanted to love this place since I am plant based, but the experience was very inconsistent.
