  Just got kicked out of the restaurant because i was accused of leaving a bad review saying that the restaurant was dirty.(the restaurant was dirty in the pictures btw) The woman who left the review was NOT me and the only resemblance was that we're both blonde. After asking to see the review of the girl that was supposedly "me" I was still asked to leave. So now I AM gonna leave a bad review !*Unbelievable*! @Betira Shahollari was the girl I "was"

  So disappointed with my first experience. Went in an hour and half before closed, and were out of every single topping we wanted. No white rice, no steak, no cucumbers and didn’t have three dressings. We ordered a pre-set bowl and the worker started to add the incorrect toppings to the bowl. The manager was checking us out, and turned her back to us when we were paying and ignored us. No napkins and only a handful of forks left. A worker already began putting up the dining room chairs at 8:30 pm and the establishment closes at 10:00 pm. Will not return back and will not recommend this location to anyone. Save your money and head to chipotle right next door.

  I would not order from this location again. I ordered delivery and instead of harissa chicken I got someone names Gina's steak bowl. It was the only thing I ordered for dinner so I had to eat it despite having a severe intolerance to red meat and as I am writing this I find myself griping and doubled over in pain. Not only did I recieve Gina's bowl but even her order was in correct as she ordered hummus and there was no hummus in sight. I don't reccomend placing an order from this location and instead I will be going back to ordering sweetgreen considering my order from there is always right. The other aspects of the food were alright but nothing to right home about. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother.

  Stopped by CAVA in Novi and had a great experience. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and everything came out quickly. Don provided excellent service and made the whole experience even better with his professionalism and attention to detail. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had recently. I’ll definitely be back.

  go different location such rude staff. i went in w two of my friends and all three orders were messed up. went to the front and the guy had such an attitude abt the fact that he had to remake even tho HE messed it up and multiple things were wrong. none of our orders had avacado in there despite that we paid extra for it and he said “all the avacados were bad”. on the side there is another worker literallt putting avacado in another bowl. so we ask him so politely why he told us it was bad when we j saw it being served and again in such a rude way he said “oh idk why that worker put avacado in its all bad but i mean if u guys insist ill put it in” again so aggressive as if we were insane to ask that. also brings into question the communication level of the staff and how he could relay in such a rude tone to customers that avacado was bad but not to his staff. also why he “doesnt feel comfortable giving us bad avacado” but is okay with giving it to other customers. got no compensation for the avacado we paid extra for and also did not get the free pita that comes w every bowl bc he”there wouldnt be enough for paying customers” mind u it was 20 min to close and there was a stack of 200 pita right behind us. anyways we asked for the pita anyways as compensation for the avacado and he did not say a word j walked away got us the pita and rudely gave it to us. AND THE ORDER HE MADE AGAIN WAS ALSO WRONG. the wrap had no lettuce, and my bowl had roasted veggies which was not in the order. rest of staff was nice just this one guy who clearly did not get customer service training or training for the job in general. do not understand how u r mad YOU messed up three orders and then messed it up AGAIN.
