  I went in right before closing, and everyone was so nice and patient with me! Mariah, Daisy, Allen, and Alaina were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness, and I appreciate their assistance with helping me get my bowl right!! Amazing service and amazing food?? I will definitely be back to this location!☺️

  I have tried this place multiple times as I live close by. The last few times have both been extremely underwhelming and frustrating with the attitudes of the people who work there. I just left out of Cana @ 1:27pm. I walked in and had questions about the items, as I was building a bowl. I asked the worker about the rice and salads to make sure and she had a really bad attitude and gave a snark remark back to me about the menu being in front of me. I kindly said I have changed my mind and walked out. This has not been the first time this has happened, as far as the attitudes of the workers here but I have given up on this establishment as their customer service is severely lacking.

  This was my first time eating at Cava! Tisa and Zae were amazing and gave excellent service! The food was fresh and amazing I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for healthy bowls to eat! Thanks for the great experience I’ll definitely be back!

  Nourishing food on the go! Really love the protein options, & fresh vegetable options. Sauces are delicious but would love to see olive oil & lemon or especially seed oil free sauce options. Bright fresh bowl i got was 🤌

  Disappointed with the experience I’ve been to this CAVA location three times now, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The rice portions are noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other CAVA locations. When I politely asked about the portion, the response and attitude from the staff were not welcoming. What bothers me most is that this has happened multiple times—not just once. If it had been a one-time experience, I honestly would have let it go. But after experiencing the same issue repeatedly at the same location, I’m frustrated enough that I feel it needs to be addressed. The overall customer service is also disappointing. The staff often seem moody and uninterested throughout the bowl-building process, with very little courtesy or respect toward customers. I’m not expecting employees to go above and beyond or provide special treatment. I’m simply expecting a reasonable, consistent portion and basic customer service when I’m paying for my food. Unfortunately, the attitude at this location makes what should be a simple meal-buying experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. The food is good, but the repeated inconsistency in portions and poor customer service at this particular location really takes away from the experience.
