  Bonefish Grill was delicious for lunch! We didn’t know what to expect, and it was our first time. Although we have lived in Novi for 30 plus years we never came to this restaurant. We enjoyed it! The Service was out of this world—Jasmine did a great job!! I’m highly recommend coming to get the pasta and especially the watermelon margarita (on Monday)! A pleasure to find a good restaurant!

  We visited today this restaurant with our two children and were disappointed with the overall service. I understand and respect the policy regarding alcohol service. I forgot my ID at home and only had a photo of it on my phone. The server told me, "I can't serve you, I need to see your ID," which I understand. However, what disappointed me was the lack of customer service. There was no apology, no suggestion of one of the restaurant's mocktails or another non-alcoholic option. Instead, I was simply told that my husband could order an alcoholic drink. It felt dismissive and embarrassing. The service continued to be disappointing throughout the meal. When we asked questions about the menu, our server couldn't explain how the fish was prepared or even describe what the dish looked like. We were also told that the side dish was "truffle potatoes," but what arrived was simply French fries with truffle sauce. Overall, the food was acceptable, but the service did not meet our expectations. A little more product knowledge and a more thoughtful approach to guests would have made a big difference.

  We were seated, waitress took our appetizer order and I received cold soup and never got any bread after 30 minutes we decided to leave without eating. The manager did come over and offered to make it right, however it was too late. She gave us a gift card that expires in 2 days. I am not happy and not pleased that this is the only bone fish grill in our area and we drove 25 minutes to get there.

  First time diners at Bonefish Grill. I truly didn’t know what to expect and I must admit it was fabulous. Super clean establishment, friendly attendant as we walked in, water and menus in a timely fashion and we were blessed with such an amazing server, Antonio ( Tony) who not only honestly responded to our questions, gave great recommendations and was just a breath of fresh air. Tony took our orders and the presentation was outstanding. Perfectly done sea bass and excellent quality steak. Who knew such a good ribeye could come from a seafood focused restaurant! Garlic mashed potatoes were delicious as well. What really impressed me was how personal the service was. Every need anticipated, table cleaned in timely fashion and Tony just carried out that warm ambiance Bonefish has. If you were having a bad day, Tony would certainly turn it around. We didn’t feel like he was just trying to turn the table. We felt welcome the entire time. What a great way to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. We will be back and we will be requesting Tony as our server. Well done, Bonefish Grill!

  Jasmine was our server, and my group and I had one of the best times out. We were having a girls night out just hanging out and jasmine was just so perfect and on point with everything! Our food was AMAZING!! I got the 9oz sirloin with a shrimp skewer and sides, chefs kiss it was cooked and seasoned to perfection, my mom and aunty got the bourbon glazed salmon and they said it was absolutely delightful. my other aunt got the lobster ravioli and she loved it so much she didn't even need a box! we also got the shrimp toast, imperial dip, and bang bang shrimp for appetizers, everything was soo delicious! we will definitely be back and I will highly recommend to all my friends!! Thank you Jasmine and bone fish grill for a great atmosphere to enjoy dinner and cocktails. Cheers!
