  It’s a shame the rating system is only five stars. Curtis and his team provided my family and friends with a catered feast with enough food to feed several more people than we ordered for. Their attention to detail and food quality was second to none and made the graduation party we hosted a breeze to navigate. Their food delivery was early, their setup was perfect and the fact they provided all the plates and cutlery was just an added bonus. I would not hesitate to use them again! Oh. I forgot to mention that the food, pulled pork, mac and cheese and baked beans was some of the most authentic you will ever had. The pork wasn’t dry and wasn’t greasy. Mac and cheese had bold flavoring and the baked beans had the perfect amount of smokiness to it. And the bbq sauces provided may have been a dish by themselves. Outstanding. Curtis has built something special and I’d consider it your loss if you don’t try them asap.

  First off, I lived in Texas for over 20 years, so I've had a lot of good BBQ in my life. But so far being up here in Michigan working a contract, I have not found any good BBQ in Michigan, until now. OVK BBQ is pretty damn good. I got the Ribs and Rib tips. Both were pretty good. Tender and juicy and lots of flavor. Will definitely go back for more. So if you are in the mood for BBQ, give OVK BBQ a try, you won't regret it.
