  I had such a great experience at Chipotle! I completely forgot my card and was honestly SO embarrassed because they had already made my bowl. I felt terrible, but the employees were so incredibly kind and reassuring. They kept telling me, “It’s fine, I promise you it’s fine,” and made me feel like it really wasn’t a big deal at all. They were so understanding and genuinely made an embarrassing moment feel so much better. You could tell they truly cared about making me feel okay instead of making me feel bad about it. Seriously, such kind employees and such a great experience. Definitely go here! ❤️

  Chris did an awesome wrap job on both my burritos and made sure to put extra care in perfecting each wrap! I’m impressed. Place was messy but dinner just finished so that’s kinda normal.

  I love going to Chipotle for the food, but unfortunately, the service made this entire experience unenjoyable. When I arrived, there was a sign listing several ingredients that were out of stock. I glanced at it briefly before walking in because I knew that everything I wanted was still available. (Literally just queso, pinto beans, and white rice) As I walked through the door, I heard two employees talking about me. One said, “Do you think she read the sign?” and the other responded, “Probably not, annoying.” I was honestly pretty offended hearing that, but I didn’t say anything because I just wanted to get my food. When I got to the counter, I told one of the employees that I wanted a burrito, but he immediately interrupted me to ask what protein I wanted. After I told him exactly what I wanted, he picked up a bowl instead. I clarified that I wanted a burrito, not a bowl, and he did not seem pleased with that. Once he finished his part, he passed the burrito to the other employee, who had shredded cheese in his hand. I told him that I only wanted queso, and he seemed visibly annoyed that I didn’t want the shredded cheese. However, I do want to mention that the woman at the register was very kind and did not seem annoyed with me at all. I appreciated her friendly attitude(2 stars for her🥰) Overall, two of the employees came across as rude and judgmental throughout the interaction. I believe people should think before they speak, especially when they’re talking about customers. The food was good, but unfortunately, the service made this one of my least enjoyable experiences at Chipotle.

  I went in and the place was extremely dirty and the workers were very rude. Also my bowl was tiny and had maybe 7 bites in it. If I could I would give them a zero star. Never come here!!

  I went through the drive-thru and waited for a solid 20 minutes after my order pickup time. Eventually, a young man named Mateo came to the window and asked for the name on my order. I told him, and he immediately started apologizing for how understaffed the restaurant was. I just want to say that Mateo was absolutely working his tail off. You could tell he was stressed, but he never stopped moving. From what I could see, it was Mateo making orders while another young employee was handling the cooking. Despite being overwhelmed, they both kept pushing through and did the best they could. These two employees deserve recognition for stepping up under extremely difficult circumstances. On the other hand, the employees who failed to show up for their scheduled shifts left their coworkers and customers in a terrible position. That kind of lack of accountability shouldn't be tolerated. I wanted to make sure Mateo and the other young employee receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work and professionalism. They represented your business well, even under very challenging conditions.
