  This store is very busy during our visit. They were 2 full lines at the drive thru areas as cars were blocking the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out. I decided to place an online order to bypass the drive thru. It took about 10 minutes from start to finish. My order wasn't ready when I went inside to pick it up. Upon entering, I noticed that the entire floor was so slippery probably due to the fact that they used smooth tiles on the entire floor. Although they have the slippery signs all over the place, I truly believe that accidents / falls are waiting to happen. Why would a restaurant use smooth tiles on the floor?! Going back to my order, I could see that they were definitely understaffed as employees were scrambling to get orders out. At least, 4-5 people were already waiting along with so many cars outside waiting to place their orders, I feel bad for the employees. Management needs to step up to resolve this issue. Hope they would read this and react to my complaint. Regarding the food, it's typical McDonald's food quality, nothing special. Based on my review, I would definitely skip this store and go somewhere else. Another customer also agreed.

  They have the best prices around. You go to the 8 mile location and it's twice as much for a hash brown and it taste bad. This is a no brainer location to stop in the area unless you like paying more for your food. Don't believe me check for yourself.

  If you value your sanity and time stop going to McDonald’s ever they’re all ridiculous in 20 26/2 hour wait for a dang soda. Absolutely no clue. What is it going on every McDonald’s I go to is like this now. I guess this is just a new normal. horrible customer service every time. The people are nice enough, but it’s an absolute gong show in there and you will be waiting for your food and they will get the order wrong.
