  I would give less than 1 star if I could. This is the SECOND time I’ve come through the drive thru, same guy each time not taking lane orders. I sat there and watched the lady take 6 cars orders in the other lane before I finally drove off. The dude always says “I’ll be with you in one minute “ Definitely shouldn’t be working the drive thru if you aren’t able to multitask with taking payments and orders on the lane. I even said Hello multiple times. Just ridiculous how horrible the service is. I don’t have that problem with the McDonalds in Fruitport, ever.

  Was starving, used the restroom amd it looked and smelled like an outhouse that hasn't been cleaned and sat in the hot sun for a month. Thier kitchen was probaly the same. Many Healthcare violations here. I walked out and recommend no one go here

  Step up your game McDonald employees. Lady in the drive thru that took my order was playin on her phone when I pulled up at lunch hour

  Had to wait a long time for my food today which is unusual. The order was incorrect, I only received 1 sandwich instead of 2. After waiting for 10 minutes our fries were Luke warm at best usually this McDonald's is more on top of things than this. But I must admit, I was disappointed today.
