They are soooooo rude at the window!!!!! They are in a rush to keep the line moving but manners have flown right out the window. No Good Morning,no total, they shove the bag at you just horrible.

They have great drinks, especially their cold brew coffee and matcha. The donuts are also pretty good and they have a wide variety. The service is always friendly and fast as well. Highly recommend stopping in to our local Dunkin!

This is my first time coming. When I came in, I had to wait at the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes in line. Then When it was my turn to come up to the register, she starts doing other things before taking my order. There were 5 people working. Then I asked for jelly and a knife with my sandwich at the register and I didn’t even receive that. When I asked the register lady for the jelly that I had asked for she said I’m sorry I was busy taking orders and I said well. Do you have a button to press for the extras that I like or do I always just have to ask twice if you’re busy? Then on top of that I came in to dine in and there are like no trash cans anywhere and you have to walk all the way across to the order pick up to throw away your trash and there’s not even a trashcan near the exit door.. but food and coffee was good once I finally got to sit down and enjoy. They didn’t even put napkins in my bag, and I had to get back up and get napkins. I’m just saying, I feel like there’s better ways to service the customers and I know this is a new establishment but putting less trash cans out just so you don’t have to empty them and make me have to walk all the way to the back end of the store to throw it away makes no sense. Also just a tip. Napkins, straws, and jelly with knife in the bag like I asked on a to go order. I should be ready to walk out the door with my order. Take some guidance from every other to go place. Putting the straws and napkins behind the tote to go container just makes the establishment look lazier and makes me have to work so I just feel like everything about this place makes me have to work. You guys are doing everything to make it easier on you guys and the top it all off nobody can leave the establishment in A non-congested manner because they have double doors walking in and then only a single door after that so everybody’s fighting for that single door. This location needs a lot of updates and needs somebody to come take a look at it. Some kind of management needs to come in here and change some things up
