  I ordered a $50 pack of sandwiches. They made the sandwiches but hadn’t cut them yet when I got there to pick them up. I politely asked if they could cut them into thirds instead of halves. They told me that it wasn’t possible because it would require them to put it in a different box and I only paid for the half sandwiches and it would mess up their inventory. Can you just put them in a bag? No, we really can’t do that because you didn’t order the 18 piece. (six sandwiches cut into thirds) “Is it really that hard to cut them into thirds? It’s one more cut. I paid $50 for six sandwiches and you’re not willing to cut them one more time.” We really aren’t able to do that. They have cameras and they would be upset with us if we did that… and if we did it for you, we’d have to do it for everybody else (this might not be an exact quote, but I’m absolutely paraphrasing what I was told) I looked up the price for six sandwiches cut in half in a bun bundle… and six sandwiches cut into thirds in a bundle…. It’s the exact same price because it is six sandwiches… I showed the people at the counter and they were “really sorry” Actually, I could’ve walked out of there without paying for my sandwiches because they gave them to me and said I was all set… but, I noticed that the receipt still showed I needed to pay. They didn’t catch that, but they were certain that they couldn’t accommodate my overreaching sandwich cutting request. If this new restaurant is going to make it in the fast food Rich culture of Newaygo, they’re going to have to utilize some common sense at some point in the game

  Not happy as I ordered a #6 with extra crispy bacon. I got charged extra for bacon and there was none!! It was also missing the avocado spread.
