  Waited almost 20 mins in the store, just to find out my sub was done but again, like previously stated, they don’t put pickup subs in the pick up area!!! Just an unfortunate location….. You order well ahead for pickup, only to get inside and see everyone else waiting for their pickups. They need to desperately hire more people. Also, place the pickup subs in the pickup area. They leave them behind the counter for when they are ready, waited for a long time just to realize my sub was done and just sitting there.

  These guys are wonderful. I went there after the wixom Jimmy John's botched my order had me waiting 45 minutes for delivery and when the delivery finally came we told them not to send it out but they did anyway the delivery guy left the order on my garbage can. I had to go up to the wixom Jimmy John's and argue with the manager who raised his voice and was completely unprofessional. The New Hudson crew was awesome not only do they hear my complaint but they made the complete order had me out the door and like 8 minutes which is a new indoor record. These guys are great I highly recommend the New Hudson Jimmy John's for everyone. I do recommend you avoid the wixom Jimmy John's as they are unprofessional, argumentative and incompetent. Thank you New Hudson Jimmy John's you guys are the best!

  I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be “freaky fast,” but apparently this location interpreted that as “eventually.” By the time my sandwich arrived, I had enough time to reflect on my life choices and consider growing the ingredients myself. To top it off, they got the order wrong - just a simple sandwich. Don’t waste your time with this location.

  New turkey tom combo is a joke, two tiny slices of turkey, it doesn't even cover the bread. Was still hungry so bought a cookie and it's past the "discard" date.
