    I love Jimmy John's but I dont love this location. I went in yesterday around 4 o'clock, low business and there was a wait for a mobile order for 1 classic sub. They forgot my extra sauce and they were wearing gloves while grabbing payment. Pretty unsanitary. Disappointed because I love Jimmy John's and it wasnt my first bad experience at this location

    Ordered a delivery from here at 4:46 yesterday september 16th. i got a text at 5:04 that jimmy johns was pushing my order through uber eats. my food didn’t get to me until 5:45. my food sat for an hour bread was soggy. pop had no ice in it. toasted subs were cold. barely had any meat on the subs. honestly the worst experience i’ve ever had at jimmy johns. a good manager would of seen that order has been sitting there for an hour and would of remade it. horrible service. what happened to your in house delivery? why uber eats? yall are supposed to be freaky fast right? a joke.

    New Baltimore Location: I asked for a chicken bacon ranch and the girl told me sorry we don't have french bread. Okay? No big deal can I have both of them on wheat bread instead? No we can't toast our wheat bread it will just "roll everywhere and all around so I can't do that either"! Okay so which bread can I switch to so I can order the 2 chicken bacon ranch subs I drove all the way here for? Ohh sorry yeah, none! These young crew members at New Baltimore are terribly lazy and this isn't the first time I've had to turn around and go to another JJ. Richmond's staff is the best and the subs taste way better. Never out of anything, always quick and served with a smile... Just drive the extra few miles for the better service it's totally worth it.

    Yes no lettuce on it, never been a fan. But 2 slices of turkey on a turkey tom is wild. This has happened numerous times at this location. Every other location usually has at least double this. The fact that this sandwich normally would have been almost $15 with the added bacon is even more wild. Luckily there was a special and it was only $10. The special must of been less meat 🤷‍♂️ won’t be back to this location.
