  The tropical smoothie in Norton shores is the best! They are so accommodating! I frequently need to place big last minute orders and they knock it out with a smile on their face! They could easily act annoyed and frazzled in these situations but have not let on to that in the slightest! Best smoothie establishment ever!

  Poor service. When I walked in, there were three workers present and I was greeted by no one for at least two minutes. The gentleman working the drive thru had to motion to one of the other workers to assist me. She still didn’t acknowledge me, but she walked away to put on gloves so she could come back to take my order? I imagine at this point she could see the confusion on my face so she was really nice and quickly made my smoothie, but I also ordered in all American wrap which she rushed and gave to me cold. The tortilla is still cold and hard. The cheese isn’t even melted. I can literally see the shredded cheese and the eggs and bacon are cold!! I would have went back, but that would make me late for work. I’m really disappointed I just wasted my time and money on cold disgusting food and poor customer service making paying customers feel unseen.

  I’m waiting for an order & I watch an employee get 2 work, late I’m assuming by the time, I watch her flip her hands through her hair to put on her visor… she then precedes to rinse blenders the make smoothies. Grab the ice scooper & drop it in the ice bin w her contaminated hands.🫨 then place my order in front of me not saying a word. 3 drinks. No cup holder. No bag. No straws. Then when I asked they basically throw it at me. I get busy but damn acknowledge a customer! On line service has turned workers to shit! Maybe TS needs to hire more staff…?

  I like tropical smoothie. I love the smoothies and sandwiches. But every time I go to this location, the service is HORRIBLE. The workers are rude EVERY TIME. It’s almost never the same person (sometimes it is), but it’s always the same attitude.
