  Twice now I have come here and had the drive through worker (grown woman, ponytail) be quite rude. Both times we have asked for something and seen the wrong thing on the screen, politely repeated what we wanted and were told it would be handled. Then pulled up to the window just to be handed the wrong thing, I ask for what I originally wanted and the lady at the window barks about how that’s not what I ordered or it’s not her fault it’s mine cause I ordered it wrong. Even if I did order it wrong (I know I didn’t i’m very particular about my food) this is not how you should be treating customers. As a food service worker myself here are some responses that would be better to give customers in that situation. I’m so sorry let me get that fixed for you, my apologies we’ll get that right out, oh our bad i’ll fix that, ect. 05/14/26 11:30 pm

  This Taco Bell location on Henry St. is awful. Food comes burnt, smashed, or with toppings that don’t even come on the original item. Service is terrible. The only thing this Taco Bell is good at is being consistently horrible. Don’t waste your time and go to the location on Sherman.

  Almost every time I come here, they take 3-5x as long as any other restaurant to get you through the drive thru. It took me 15 minutes from start to finish through the drive thru, and I think this is the last time I'll go to this location.

  Gotta give this place 5 stars for my experience on 04/15/26 with the night crew. Shoutout to CJ for offering me a drink while I wait for a doordash order. I love to see people who take pride in their work and it's what keeps me believing there's still good in humanity. Well done to this gentleman and the whole crew for their hard work!
