I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received during my visit. I walked in simply wanting to order a bowl and have a pleasant, respectful experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
After ordering my food, I was paying for my meal when the manager’s behavior toward me felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I should have been treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially by someone in a management position.
I left feeling degraded and uncomfortable, and it was upsetting because I was simply there to purchase a meal. Customers should feel valued and respected, as that should be a basic standard of any company.
I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how customers are treated, because this experience has definitely affected my impression of the business.

I just wanted a damn burrito. 😭 Instead, I had to deal with horrible customer service, a very rude manager, and an uncomfortable, freezing-cold atmosphere. The manager was also rude to her employees, which made the whole experience even worse. I came for a burrito, not all of this. Very disappointing. I heard her name being said, it was Morgan.

Worst ever qdoba's experience I've ever had ordered online first time rewards member customer try to redeem online the free chips and queso would not take it when I got to the store picked up my order there was no chips and queso with my food ordered another burrito and tried the free chips in case you again and once again two burritos in no chips and queso once again so two burritos bought no free chips and queso with either meal had to go back to line and order it and pay $6 for the free chips and queso I ordered twice with my two burritos worst experience ever the kid at the front was absolutely no help absolutely horrible experience I will never come back to this qdoba's again worst ever experienced didn't even try to make it right with a customer just know we can't do nothing about it you got to order again here I'll show you how to do it for next time I didn't spend $20 on burritos for nothing you were supposed to give me free chips and queso never again horrible customer service

Apparently only doing mobile orders right now. Some little bean pole of a dude behind the counter, asked very rude if my we read the handmade sign saying they weren't actually a real restaurant right now. Then just acted like a little snob the rest of the time we were trying to leave.

Pretty disappointed with my order. Both kids’ meals were missing the queso they were supposed to come with, and one was also missing the salsa. On top of that, none of the food was warm, even though I picked it up right after they put it on the pickup shelf. Just frustrating to pay for everything and not get what I ordered. Hopefully they can do a better job checking orders before sending them out. Hope we can resolve this issue
