Used to be my favorite restaurant but it seems to have gone downhill I had uncooked rice or hardened rice I don't know what which one's more concerning in my burrito I asked for the cooked onions and peppers and literally watched the dude throw two individual slices of cooked pepper on my burrito asked for sour cream got a line of sour cream to the point where I didn't even taste any of it in the burrito was wrapped very poor and leaked in the bag was feeling very rushed as I was ordering by the staff got about three pieces of pickled onion and I know this sounds dumb but it was small enough numbers that my eyes are catching that I was not getting much a lot of black beans the amount of meat was good very little cheese asked for a bowl of beef on the side received some beef but mostly Taco beef grease paid $17 which I understand pressing and everything with inflation will continue to go up but I would at least hope to pay that much and feel somewhat satisfied whereas I feel cheated

Great food and service. A little cold inside but the warm brownies after a nice meal make it worthwhile.

When I travel Qdoba is my goto for a decent meal. I always know what to expect and i appreciate the consistency of the chain. I feel it is quality food and a substantial amount for a resonable price. Staff is well trained and the places always seems clean and well managed.

Won’t do half and half protein portions anymore. Lame, but ordered a Chicken burrito anyway, then watched as each employee put in as little effort as possible. They literally dumped scoops of ingredients as centered as possible. Unsurprisingly, each bite I took was made up of one or two ingredients. Terrible. Who wants big bites of lettuce and cheese? Nobody. Fire everyone and start over.

Everything was luke warm. Barely LW. I like my friggn food hot! The queso wasn’t even hot. I was so excited to finally get Qdobas too. What a let down. They were busy. Or coming down from a busy dinner. Many tins were empty. My husband got the scrap dried chicken from the bottom. Then they added fresh so he asked for some of that & they charged him. Which we would typically expect to pay extra for double meat but the first portion was pathetic. Guak tins were empty. My steak was fatty. Fatty & room temp.🙄 When my husband ordered a soda the cashier listed damn near every soda telling us they were out. I asked him, “well what do you have?” He shrugged his shoulders & said whatever’s in there…🫤🫣😳 It was hella messy in there too. Every table was dirty. Good grief right. I know dinner is busy. Are they short staffed? It didn’t seem so. They also shouldn’t throw your food choices in the bowl like they’d rather be anywhere but there. Probably won’t go back. Do better Qdoba Muskegon!!
