  I was really impressed with the new Jimmy John’s! Since this location just opened in the area, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the experience exceeded my expectations. I used the drive-thru, and my order was already waiting at the window when I pulled up. I’m also super picky and made quite a few modifications to my sandwich, so I was honestly expecting at least one mistake, but everything was exactly right. The food was fresh, the service was fast and friendly, and it was a fantastic first experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  Very disappointed with this location. I put my order in around 8:15 and after waiting in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes finally I went into the store to see what was going on. I walked in and the employees were on their phones on call with someone making jokes about how they have a long line wrapped around the store and they were more worried about making the weekend plans than attending to the customers. When I confronted them they just kind of laughed and said they had 6 tickets and “didnt see the online orders” but also didn’t seem to care about what was going on outside of the building where there was about 8 cars in line waiting for orders as-well. Overall disappointing I will continue to go to Apple location if things don’t change soon.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience at the new location on Holton Rd. I placed an order on the app, my order was received at 7:56pm. I never received a notification that my order was ready. Finally, at 8:45pm I went into the store, the workers were ignoring customers and taking personal calls on their cell phones while working and there was trash all over the floor behind the counter. I was finally helped, they found my order but when I asked how long it had been sitting there because at that point it had been an hour since I placed the order and never received a notification that it was ready, they couldn’t tell how long it had been sitting there. In the end they did remake my order. I left at 9:10pm with my food. I will order again but I really hope it’s a better experience.

  They don't take $50 bills I had to go somewhere else and eat. Seems like a bad practice for a business that just opened up

  I love the toasted roast beef and cheddar. They have their own delivery drivers, so you get your food faster.
