  Last few times we went the fries were cold. I assumed I just waited too long to eat them and thought nothing of it..Tonight we came in and my son and husbands fries were cold and stale as if they were cooked and reheated. Our server brought new fries, those were also cold. Qnd when i recieved my "saucy" chicken sandwich there was barely any sauce. Why market the sandwich as a saucy sandwich if there's hardly any on there. I notified my server of the second order of cold fries and saucless sandwich and she was kind enough to bring the a side of sauce and a third round of fries which were also still cold. She claimed "nothing has been going right" all night and that the kitchen had been messing up all night. In any event, there still should have been some kind of compensation, to which none was offered. Definitely will not be returning any time soon.

  Came there to watch the Pistons game last night. Waitress was too busy closing to serve us. Let my drink get empty without asking for a refill. Pet peeve. Disappointed.

  Been here twice recently after not going for a long time because they seemed like they had cut corners. However, last week the food and waitress was good! This time, the food was okay but the waitress was terrible. A lady with poor posture (older) that was too busy playing janitor and/or hide and seek then being a waitress. Pet peeve when management pushes staff to clean or close. They should be focused on the people that pay your wage! First 0 tip ever, that is how bad she was. I asked another waitress for the bill, instead she grabs our waitress so we were forced to wait another 10 minutes. The red headed manager had an attitude that he hated his life too. Won’t be back, such a bad experience. They really need individual kiosk for each table like Red Robbin to pay bill if they are going to serve customers so poorly. Nothing worse than feeling like you're being held hostage because the waitress is slow to check someone out. Over the years, this place is so hit or miss. They almost always seem understaffed. And, then, instead of an apology, the Owner marks my review as spam!

  My wife and I came in tonight to get supper. We were seated pretty quickly as they were not very busy. We sat at our table for 10 minutes with out a waitress even acknowledging us. The waitress waited on the table directly behind us and still had not acknowledged us. We ended up leaving before we got any service. We talked to someone who said he was a manager. He apologized but did nothing to try to get us service. We are rewards members and will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.

  Lyssette was a server and was very rude, displaying an attitude with everything we requested. When our food arrived, the mac and cheese was cold, as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator. The fries were cold, and the wings were also cold. The servers on that side of the establishment were all impolite, listening to everyone's conversations and then overhearing them discussing how busy they were in the back. This was the worst experience I have had at this place, and never once said sorry for the cold food.
