  Sandwich was made very sloppy. Ordered a classic double and all the cheese was on one side with all the sauce on the other side. Along with the rude customer service received I won't be going back.

  I find it crazy how you can walk into a place and stand there and not a single employee even says hello. I think customer service or just basic human interactions are very important. I’ve been standing in here for 8 minutes and not a single employee said anything to me.

  They have great food, but they're terrible with taking orders, my family tried to order some food at the counter but everyone at the counter waiting to order was getting ignored for like 15 minutes because the workers were only working on the people in the drive-through when there was barely anyone for the drive-through.

  In for lunch at Apple ave location, with my 2 year old grandson. This was at noon lunch rush, approximately eight of us at the counter and cars around the drive-thru. One woman working the counter, I asked her name and now I have forgotten it! Cari Love? Cori Lowe? (Very thin w colorful hair) She did a fantastic job!! Remembering details, everything done in order while still being very friendly. As we were eating I heard her helping the back line worker to put the CORRECT amount of meat on a sandwich. This is important!! We pay a LOT for food. I did not want to let her hard work, over and above, go unnoticed. It's appreciated! (*I'm so sorry I forgot her name !!)

  Used to really like this location, I always get the French dip, because I love the Au Jus. The last 4 times I’ve ordered the the French dip I haven’t received the Au Jus with it. Thought I finally had it today but it ended up being steak bites. Which we only got 5 when we ordered a 9 piece. I try not to complain because I work in customer service and get it. Unfortunately though, I think I’m done here.
