  I honestly don't know how this Arby's is still considered a FAST food restaurant. Every single time I come here, I leave irritated. It doesn't matter if I use the drive-thru or actually go inside and order at the counter—the service is unbelievably slow. And I'm not talking about being busy during a lunch rush with a line wrapped around the building. I'm talking about standing there when there is practically NOBODY else waiting and still wondering what in the world is taking so long. I've had orders here that seem like they should take five minutes turn into a ridiculously long wait. You start questioning whether they forgot about your order altogether. Watching employees move around while you're standing there waiting makes it even more frustrating. And the employee turnover at this place must be absolutely horrific. It seems like every time I come in, there are different people working. Whatever they're doing to train, manage, or retain employees clearly isn't working, because the experience never seems to improve. Then there's the smell. The lobby and especially the hallway have a nasty smell that makes standing around waiting for your food even more unpleasant. It's not exactly the atmosphere you want when you're trying to eat. I've tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt more than once, but at some point you have to stop making excuses for a business that consistently provides the same terrible experience. This place has officially earned a spot on my “only if I absolutely have no other choice” list. If you see a line at another restaurant and think, “I'll just go to Arby's because it'll be faster,” DON'T. You may be there long enough to reconsider your life choices. I like Arby's food, but this particular location makes it unnecessarily difficult to enjoy it. If management is reading this: please fix the service, fix the smell, and figure out why a restaurant with nobody waiting can still take forever.

  Went through the drive through, asked for a side of meat with cheese sauce, (no bun.) The rest of the order was correct, but after being charged for the cheese sauce, all we got was a sandwich box with a couple slices of roast beef. Very disappointing. Not worth my time to go back and ask for the sauce. Be sure to check your order before you pull away.
