- CCCOApr 28, 20261.0The food is cooked poorly, they use the scraps of meat that are inedible (steak gristle) and charge extra for it, they consistently get orders wrong, and they use AI for "customer service," meaning they no longer have someone onsite to answer the phone if you try to call them for any reason.

The reason I am giving a 1 star is because when I was there the evening of 3/27/26, I unfortunately witnessed a manager (or who I assume was a manager) being very rude and belittling to an employee. The lady working the steam table let me try the new sauce they have. I liked it, handed the cup back over, and asked for a side of it. The manager barked at her and said they couldn’t accept items back over the steam table (not mad about that if it’s policy) after they had been handed to a customer. The girl apologized and the manager said nothing other than to go wash her hands and change her gloves. Then proceeded to stand there on the line watching her leave and go wash her hands and re-glove. Did not help her or help the line move (that started backing up) while she made everyone wait for her to come back. Just stood there and watched. Then the girl came back and apologized a second time and she looked ahead without acknowledging her, like a statue. Why so cold to someone who simply made a mistake? Very poor management, and should not be mean to employees in front of customers. I had second hand anger for this girl, she should not be treated like that. I don’t know the managers name, she has been there a for a while now. Short and petite woman with blonde hair.
