  The food has become truly grotesque. The tortillas are always dry and hard. They don't put enough filling in burritos or enough toppings on nachos. You're paying $10 for $0.50 worth of expired food.

  I usually enjoy Taco Bell, especially the fries and their seasoning, but this time the experience was disappointing. The fries had no seasoning at all they didn’t taste good and felt like they just had fried it and dropped it in the bag. I also ordered a chicken flatbread melt, but it had only a few small pieces of chicken and very little cheese, which was not satisfying. The only items I liked were the two spicy potato tacos they were good as usual. This was an in-store order, and overall I’m not satisfied with this visit.

  We went to the drive thru. It was fast and the food was decent not put together all messy looking and gross!

  I went through the drive through a few days ago and Jackson at the window was a very kind gentleman. The lid popped off my drink cup and it spilled, and he kindly handed me napkins and a new drink with a free taco coupon. He also greeted me with a smile and a "how are you tonight?" The lady taking my order was also nice her name is Marin... Great service!
