  The food is getting too expensive, and the portions are getting lowered. In the workers aren’t pretty enough to show kindness nor care about what orders are given. Which is understandable, fast food is just going downhill since inflation is rising. Best food was more of a respectable service 10 years ago. At this point, it’s just not worth the money or the time.

  Don’t go to this location at night. Workers are beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Multiple times they have told us no when we ask for chicken or mozzarella sticks and when we push and ask if they’re out of stock, they grumble and add it to the order. One night there was 1 employee running the store with a full lane, and the rest of them were outside smoking with buddies (including the manager). They had a screaming/swearing match in the drive through lane when the employee begged them to come in and help. We stopped coming here completely but it’s been a few weeks so decided to try again, same awful service.

  I came to rallys on 3 seperate times all orders were wrong. 1st time i ordered 2 double cheese burgers i got 2 plain burgers nothing on them and there was no one infront or behind me. I told them i didnt order this and they said oh well. Next i ordered a big buford combo pop was flat and i get a olive buger, and today i orderd a sourdough buford and got a baconzilla. All 3 times i was told oh well. All 3 times it was young kids, all 3 times they were not busy. Ill never go back by the way this was all within a week. I used to go 3 plus times a week but ill go elese where from now on.

  Rally's fries has always been a downfall of mine. Battered to perfection. The food is cheap but delicious. I wouldn't suggest going to Rallys often as the food there is HORRIBLE for you. But darn it's tasty.
