  Usually go to this location for the play place, NEVER AGAIN!! Not a single clean table in the entire building, and not just with crumbs and food but pet hair and unknown substances on the tables. Rotten food on the floor. The floor of the entire building covered in a thick sticky grime. I observed at least one employee leave the bathroom without washing their hands (we were sitting by the bathrooms so I could hear the water, or lack there of) drink station was FILTHY and built up with grime. And for some reason the drive through orders were playing through the overhead speakers??? I received a handful of ketchup packets that were stuck together with some unknown spilled substance that was definitely not ketchup. The workers did not care about any of these issues AT ALL! Left ASAP (which was longer than I wish since negotiating children out of McDonald’s is no easy task) and needless to say was too nauseous to eat my food. I have low expectations for fast food but imo this doesn’t even meet the health standards necessary to be operational.

  I have been a customer of this McDonald’s for along time, but after this morning I wont ever come back unless it’s made right. I have ordered from multiple mcdonalds for many years and when ordering the big breakfast with hotcakes, ive always received 2 syrups. This morning I received one. I politely asked the manager for one more. She told me it would be 30 cents. She informed me you only get 1 syrup. 30 cents isn’t going to break me, it’s principle. So now u want me to return my $10 order… does that make much sense to you? There was no sign or menu stating syrup cost 30 cents a piece. Because it’s ridiculous. I did try and get a refund, but the manager was ignoring me and helping multiple customers in the drive thru. Make it make sense, and do better. If i could give 0 stars I would. This mcdonalds ratings speak for itself

  Wouldn't answer the phone when they are OPEN. The employees need better training.
