- ABAngie bricknerMay 8, 20263.0This is the second time that I have tried to get Domino's and they are closed 30 minutes before their actual closing time or at least the time that they have posted. It says that they are open until 2:00 a.m. on a Friday night and at 1:30 I pulled in and their big open sign was on but when I went to the door they had it locked and said sorry. We are closed again. This was the second time this has happened.

He was the absolute nicest, kindest person and I felt so bad and thought he needed a shoutout. Trevor I apologize for my mistake and thank you for your kindness.

- SSSara SloanMar 25, 20261.0The deliver driver refused to deliver my order to the pool lobby..I have small children with me and it wasn’t helpful to pack them all up and go to a second lobby to get my order with my hands full with small children. He said it was a corporate Dominos Policy that they can not deliver to rooms in the hotel or a pool lobby. I don’t think it’s good customer service. The Pool lobby was only a few feet away from the hotel lobby. It was right next to the entrance. For safety reasons there is no excuse since there is not safety hazard with cameras and a family friendly atmosphere. Thank you for understanding that customer service should be one of the priority’s of a small town pizza franchise.
