  Well. I just left this establishment about 15 minutes ago and it’s 3:55am on May 16. I’m well aware of the time and I think it’s crazy to come here and the person on the radio is annoyed they have customers. As if I twisted this persons arm into working at Taco Bell in the first place. Customer service was absolutely trash. Rushing my order and sounding disinterested is crazy. Lmao lady you applied to work there. Idk if your peoples need proper customer service training but she sucked. Should probably be fired but it’s Taco Bell let’s be real. At the end of the day. There was no threat to your life to work there. So act like you applied there to work at 3 am and take my order as I’m asking for it. I wasn’t rude nor disrespectful. And again, it’s Taco Bell, I just currently had time and was moved to write this review. Who ever is on the drive thru tonight sucks and needs to be coached on acceptable customer service. Thanks.

  This place is awful EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ever tried to get food here the line takes forever and the food is never right they have hired the most incompetent group of people that I’ve ever seen. Who ever runs this location should be out of a job the place shouldn’t even be open anymore. Every review is 1 star how is nothing being done about this?!? The guy asked what we had ordered at the window it was confirmed and he still manged to give us the wrong food. I don’t know what I need to do but this place should not be running anymore it’s absolutely ridiculous.

  Foods ok for a fast food chain. Even though I do not customize my food, they rarely get the order right. Always forget something.

  Absolutely pathetic. I ordered on 04/24 just before 3am and somehow still experienced the slowest, most incompetent service imaginable. No cars in line, yet it took forever just to get a response at the drive-thru. What exactly was happening back there team-building exercises? Then I get told to pull forward and sit there for another 15–20 minutes like I signed up for a social experiment. At that point I wasn’t waiting on food, I was waiting to see how low the bar could go. I finally get my order, drive home, and open the bag and I’m honestly impressed by how bad everything was. The fries? Not soggy somehow worse. They were so overcooked the actual potato inside was basically gone. Just hollow, rock-hard shells like someone deep-fried them into extinction. I didn’t order fossilized potato husks. The nuggets? Absolutely obliterated. Burnt to the point where I’m convinced someone was just seeing how far they could push it before triggering a fire alarm. Not overcooked cremated. And the “soft” tacos? That word clearly means nothing here. These things were stiff, stale, and had the texture of cardboard. I didn’t realize Taco Bell was testing out building materials. And just to complete the disaster, EVERYTHING was ice cold. Not slightly cooled cold like it had been sitting out for hours. It’s almost impressive how you can make someone wait that long and still serve food that feels pre-abandoned. This isn’t just bad it’s embarrassing. Zero standards, zero urgency, zero care. Avoid this place unless you enjoy paying to be disappointed.

  My step daughter placed an order online and went into the restaurant and she sat for an hour I went up there and asked for a manager and this guy came up and said he was a manager. I explained that she just ordered a taco and twist. The guy said he would make her the taco and he came back with the wrong order and I said well I want her money back. He then got someone else who I believe was the actual manager she said because it was an online order she wasn’t able to get her money back. To be honest I don’t think there was any manager on duty. They all were standing around and not helping anyone unless it was a drive through order or uber. They were helping everyone else that was there except her. The lady that said she was the manager was not helpful or explaining at least what the issue was she actually looked high to me and they where all blaming each other and still took another 20 min to make her food. This place is terrible and the workers need to be trained on customer service. If that lady was truly the manager she shouldn’t be.
