  I mean, it's your average metro Detroit McDonald's. I usually only come through late nights, like 11-1, depending on when I get off work, but the person usually on the back register really just is not very pleasant. Always seems grumpy and abrupt.

  Go to another Mcdonalds if you want your correct order and good food made right. Also they pay little attention to their customers.

  Subject: Repeated Order Accuracy Issue – Request for Refund I am writing to formally complain about a recurring issue at your location. Today, I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese – NO mustard through the drive-thru. I returned to my office to eat, and upon biting into the burger, it clearly had mustard on it. As shown in the attached photo, the label on the box correctly states “NO mustard,” yet the order was still made incorrectly. This is not an isolated incident — this is now the third time this specific location has made the same mistake. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly spend money on food that I end up having to throw away because basic order instructions are not followed. I attempted to call the store twice immediately after discovering the issue, and no one answered the phone. This only adds to the frustration, as there was no way to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Because I was on a limited lunch break, I did not have time to drive back and correct the order, so the burger was wasted entirely. At this point, I am requesting: A full refund for the incorrect order That this issue be addressed with staff to ensure order accuracy moving forward Customers should be able to trust that clearly labeled orders are prepared correctly. This repeated lack of attention to detail and inability to reach the store is unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding my refund.

  Today I came to this McDonald’s this morning 04/30/26 around 10am to pick up my mobile order I payed for on the app and when I came inside to get my food the lady which I assume is the manager said we don’t have your order even though I see my order number was showing on there monitor and I even showed her the email she said I can’t do nothing I even ask can I get a refund and she kept saying we can’t do anything and walked away she was not helpful or friendly at all and I walked out with nothing I been to this location several times and never had a problem with employees or orders until today I don’t think I will be returning to this location
