Night shift is literally the worst. They only gave me a few fries in my large fry. Food is super cold and when they forget something they give you major attitude about it. Gordita crunch is ice cold. They gave us no sauce. Day shift is way better.

Made the mistake of picking up my online order from the lobby instead of the drive thru, 50 minutes of sitting later I got my food. Overall the food was disappointing and I did not finish it. The food was improperly and was either covered with burned bits of other food, or had random pieces of what appeared to be burned rice mixed in where it shouldn't be. The staff seemed to be just phoning it in and seemed to be working as slow as they possibly could. The next time I decide to get Taco Bell I'll be driving across town to go to a more competent location

I will be contacting cooprate because I came in their last night 9-5-26 at 8:52 placed an order at the kiosk inside and waited for over an hour an half for my food while people after me got their food I did ask how much longer at 9:15 for my food and they said a few minutes I said okay well 9:30 comes around and still no food so I go an ask again they said they couldn't find my order turns out someone erased my order they asked do you want us to make it after they had to look up my order because at first they said they didn't have my order which was bullshit I finally did get my food at 10:15pm last night after they re made it and all they had to offer was a free drink I don't think I will ever go back to this taco bell but I will for sure be reaching out to cooprate about it

It's taco bell. You know what you're getting. That said, without human interaction at fast food these days, it's all just a little worse.
