  Placed an online order at 11:20 ish took 15 mins to get here and I still did not receive my food until 30 mins later and none of my food was warm ??! What was I actually waiting for ?? My drink was also melted by the time I got it ! 👎🏻

  I'm only leaving this review here because their phone live is "busy". I just left there and I don't normally complain but when you know you placed your order correctly and loud enough to hear, but still got it wrong. I said the same thing no less than 4x. And I was ignored over the head set and when she came out to collect payment . The young lady was unpleasant at best. I wasn't even rude to her to end up with the service I got. (This is coming from someone whose worked almost nothing but fast food/customer service, so I know how it is. )

  Absolutely disgusting and rude. Ordered a Smashburger there was one pickle and hardly any sauce ordered chili cheese tots. The chili tasted burnt whoever took the order was rude so was the person who brought the order out they put no napkins or utensils in the bag had to eat with her fingerswill not go here again. Very very unsatisfied.

  I ordered the $7.99 meal that you have signs all over about and I was told it's no longer available and the store isn't allowed to take the signs down. That is illegal, it's called bait and switch. I am going to report this.

  Not sure what’s happened to this location since they opened but it’s gone way downhill! After 3rd bad experience here I’m leave my this bad review. We ordered via drive-thru , it took 20 minutes to get our food - cold. Never told there was an issue. Fries were double dropped, then received cold, Philly streak sandwiches were cold and buns must have been old bc they were falling apart on the dry side. Sooo disappointed!
