  If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. The service at this McDonald's is atrocious. Drive thru workers have attitudes, don't care, and truly hate their lives. I have never seen more miserable people working in one building. The food was cold, gross, and honestly tasted like it was three and a half days old. When you walk in you immediately get hit with this terrible energy, everyone has been waiting, workers are sanding around, and no food is actually being made. I only had to go inside because they messed up my order, and don't even get me started on the stench that hits you when you walk in. Honestly, go anywhere before you go here. This experience makes me never want to eat at McDonald's again.

  This location is nice. Food is good and accurate for special orders. Staff are good. Place is fairly newly renovated and clean. My only real issue is that it is consistently BUSY! I have bypassed this place dozens of time for fear of the daunting lines. But, if you find a quiet time or dont mind waiting, it is a pretty good experience.

  I have ordered from this location every day for the past 2 years. Every day except like Christmas. Today was the last. 35 minutes for 1 sandwich and 1 small fry... and they were old and cold. The people in front of me waited just as long for a door dash... and im sure that customer will be mortified at the food. The poor driver is going to get the blame. 2 employees on break in the lobby. 1 outside of the store smoking. 2 walking around aimlessly with brooms. If not for the drive through operator and the 1 other employee doing their jobs, I wouldn't have gotten my food period. Just wow. And the amount of disrespect from the other workers! Just walking past without acknowledging the customers at the front counter yelling to get their attention. For shame!

  Every single time I've gotten a Large fry from Monroe St McDonald's I've gotten almost less than a medium without doubt.
