  I guess they are now outsourcing delivery on weekdays because my delivery was set up by Jimmy John’s to be done through uber. This wouldn’t be a problem if the delivery was still completed in a reasonable timeframe, especially considering the “freaky fast” slogan, but it was pushed back multiple times and estimated to take AN HOUR for me to get a sandwich. I cancelled my order.

  I ordered delivery today and it came fast and correct according to their paper receipt. In app I had modified my sandwich and could see the modifications on my end but they didn't print on the receipt. I called the store to explain and Antonio helped me out. They were able to get me my sandwich with the modifications and I was super happy!

  Special shout out to Mitchell. That guy knows customer service and goes above and beyond!! I ordered Kickin' Ranch chips, (which they were out of) and he showed up with my sandwich and ALL of the other chip options for me to choose from!! He was so kind and personable. Made my work day better to get my delivery from that cool cat!!
