We called the store and they confirmed the order was out for delivery an hour later. Forty minutes later at 2:20 the delivery driver called and stated he couldn’t find the house. When confronted about the long delivery time and 2 hour delay Robert stated they were “busy” and had issues with the cops. I get a delay for a few minutes but this was almost a 2 hour delay for 3 pizzas. This pizza was also stiff when we did end up finally receiving it. 0/10

She has very poor customer service skills, should not be management, should not be working with people in the public, and should be fired immediately!! She kept on saying I'm not from monroe, I'm going to need bail money tonight, if you want a pizza go and get it from the damn store to get your damn self, Ranting and raving throughout the whole time I was waiting for my pizza to be redone and it still wasn't even correct. I understand people have bad days but if you're going to be like that at work you shouldn't have even come into work at all that day and just took a sick or personal day. It seemed like all her co-workers were definitely afraid of her. I can't exactly use the words on social media about how she was talking but I'm sure you get the idea. It's pretty bad when other customers were going back in there to Heather order remade because it was incorrect also.
