- SKShadow KMay 11, 20261.0I use Burger King because of work over the past couple of months I've had some pretty bad luck with Burger King as far as my food not being made right or being overcooked or cold or missing items each time I've called the restaurant and made a complaint each time I was nice I recently had a replacement order on the 7th and I called today which is the 11th about an order that was on the 10th about the food being overcooked cold and the fries being soggy according to the manager I have a high number of complaints each time that I've made a complaint there's been something wrong like I've listed before I received an attitude from the manager apparently they've talked about it with their boss and from now on I'm going to have to bring the food back well that's kind of hard to do it's not my fault that I have a high number complaints I'm not doing this for free food I'm not doing this for attention I'm doing this because something is generally wrong with my order I guess the point is is customer satisfaction is key and you pay for what you order but after the attitude that I received and the way that I was treated I'm half tempted to not come back to this location
