  This place has just been going down hill. The past 3 times there something has been wrong with the order. This time everything gets cold because we had to go back for the beef broth for the French dip. Last time, no bronco berry after asking if it was in the bag. They said yes, but it wasn't. Time before that, the beef was shorted on 2 of the half pound beef and cheddar, they looked like regulars. Used to love this place. Not so much anymore.

  I ordered a 1/2 pound cheese steak combo and my girlfriend got a combo. 30 plus dollars. when I got home I saw a roast beef plain sandwich and the curly fries were cold like plastic. also, they had no ice in drinks. I called the supposed manager and told him they messed up my order and it was lackluster all the way around. he told me there's nothing he would do for me. we'll that pissed me off. so im writing this to warn all other customers to check your orders before you drive off from the window. because the luck at customer service. I told the manager our family won't be going there ever again and we go quite frequently with multiple family members into that establishment. nice job Arby's of monroe!

  Prices are outrageous. 44 dollars for 6 sandwiches, a small shake and an order of peach roll ups, which were fried too hard. I was a bit disappointed.

  I don’t usually make comments. J I believe that is the Manager is very nice. Works right along with the other employees. We have had him take our orders at the counter, and bring them to us, very pleasant man. We had the meat plus 3 and it was so good. My husband and I had the chicken sandwich it was very good. The price for what you get is excellent. It’s nice to have a fast food restaurant that has good food thats affordable. Us seniors are on limited income and love a good deal. Kudos to you J and to Arby’s. Keep up the good work.
