  If I could rate them negative, I would. The food is mediocre but the staff is horrible. They're like a gang of bullies and treated my daughter like shit. A worker literally told my daughter that he hates her in front of a manager and the manager did nothing. Then when she asked for help, they refused to help her. A fat 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I've never heard of anything like this! I didn't believe her until she called and put in her 2 week notice & heard the way they spoke to her. They were excited for her to quit and didn't even wanna put her on the schedule but because she gave them that notice they gave her like 4 hours I think it was. Talk about a bad experience! I will never return to that store again & will be telling all my friends and family about them.

  I would like to personally thank Dustin. He went above and beyond with our little fiasco we had with our door dasher forgetting our drinks. We went back up there to get our drinks and he was extremely kind and gave us an extra drink for all the troubles. Thank you Dustin for everything!

  I always have really nice visits here but the other day I had excellent visit because the new guy who works there accidentally called me the wrong pronoun and actually said the words "I'm sorry what could I call you to make you feel more comfortable" I've never had a straight cis man be so polite to me before. So thank you for caring about customer service and food at this location I'll probably never stop coming back

  I ordered a 1/2 pound cheese steak combo and my girlfriend got a combo. 30 plus dollars. when I got home I saw a roast beef plain sandwich and the curly fries were cold like plastic. also, they had no ice in drinks. I called the supposed manager and told him they messed up my order and it was lackluster all the way around. he told me there's nothing he would do for me. we'll that pissed me off. so im writing this to warn all other customers to check your orders before you drive off from the window. because the luck at customer service. I told the manager our family won't be going there ever again and we go quite frequently with multiple family members into that establishment. nice job Arby's of monroe!
