  I’ve always had a good experience besides one time, but Jameson is a kind, humble, and hardworking employee. Only once it was a negative environment, workers arguing because of an employee, Kenzie I think? Debacle with coworkers & a customer in line. It felt hostile from our standpoint, when on the contrary, most of the girls working there are all sweethearts! — I enjoy going usually because of the good vibes + their energy drinks!

  ★★☆☆☆ (2/5 Stars) My wife and I stopped by the Monroe location on September 27, 2026, at around 5:50 PM and purchased two frozen drinks for $17.09. When we paid, we were told a receipt couldn't be provided due to technical errors. On our drive home, while drinking the Cookie Butter chiller, I bit into something hard and crunchy and spit out the head and thorax of a yellowjacket insect inside of a napkin I had in my car. We threw both drinks straight into the trash. It's likely due to the fact that they leave the doors and windows wide open on nice days in September (when yellowjackets are naturally out and about), and yellowjackets are naturally swarming to all the open sweet syrups and flavors. I filed a formal complaint with corporate on 9/27/2026 after their phone line just redirected me to the web but have not heard back yet.

  The 7brew in Monroe Michigan has disappointed me few times mainly with taking a long time or only having 1 person out taking orders with a long line or missing something in my order. It happens every few times I go and I brush it off because it is a new stand with new workers but today I was extremely disgusted by the atmosphere of this specific stand. There were comments written all over the employee entrance that’s at customer view and 3 employees sitting out back chatting while the line got long and had 1 person taking orders. Overall the atmosphere and work environment effects the workers and this writing on the door was off putting so I can see why the workers may not show up well or mess up. I found this disgusting from a leadership perspective and I feel for the staff. I would love to change my review to something more positive but I can not in good conscience with this kind of display towards their staff.

  My only concern during my visit was an interaction involving a team member named Kenzie. While I was in the drive-thru, I witnessed her being unnecessarily rude toward another employee, who otherwise seemed very kind and welcoming. I felt uncomfortable seeing the way she was treated and felt compelled to get her name from another team member afterward. Aside from that experience, everyone who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and I really appreciated the positive atmosphere. The new drinks are also amazing! Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate how happy and welcoming the rest of the team was.

  I love this place so much and I go almost every day and I always order a drink with light ice however 9/10 when I order my drink with light ice, I never get it and it’s over filled with ice. I feel bad when I have to tell them to remake it, however this time when I said light ice, I asked her to remake it and instead of fixing the mistake or adding more tea and syrup she dumps out over half of the drink and just fills it up with water and now my tea taste like water. instead of adding the other ingredients that I ordered with the tea. Not to mention, she was throwing such a big fit at the fact that I asked them to remake it. Please please 7 brew workers when people say light ice give light ice
