Average McD's at best. Driving thru, no other options in this town. I think McDs have cut back or stopped salting their fries. Burger was ok. But again, our main gripe with all McD locations is the plastic cups and the way they now ration ice in drinks. Much prefer styro cups. Today the drink had maybe 4 pieces of ice....yuck. Not sure why all McD locations choose to not fill cups with ice when that helps them serve less product. Rant over.

I have a cabin in the area and quit going d/t wait times staff and food issues. They have messed up orders staff does not appear to be trained and rude at times.recently I went thru drive thru because their were only 2 cars when I pulled up. Waited 20min for 2 cups of coffee then couldn't drink it because it was so stronge and tasted like it was scalded. This is by far the worse mcdonalds in the area will NEVER use again.DONE!!

The young man who took our order saw us waiting and rushed up to help. Suddenly, the shift manager came up and asked him what he was doing. He answered that he was helping us. At that point, she was super rude to him and ordered him to go to the back. You NEVER treat your employees that way. It was disgusting. Everyone knows it's a rough job to keep workers in the fast food business. Why would you even consider treating an employee who is assisting a customer, much less, in front of the public.

If you crave the strong burnt coffee offered in police stations everywhere...this is your dive! Used the drive-thru for a coffee on way to work. Usually it's too strong. Today asked for 5 cream hoping that would cut it. Lovely lady working the back cashier was friendly and efficient. Hit the second pick-up window, after a short wait, a supper smiley young lady handed me my coffee repeating "5 cream?" after I said yes she wished me a good day with a grin. Took one sip, pulled over to side of the road. Coffee was darker than the lid! I give up. Another waste of time and money. I'd rather wait until hit West Branch and get Dunkin Donuts coffee from now on.

I went through the drive thru at 4:00 pm and there was no line. I ordered a Filet O Fish meal, no cheese. I paid at the first window. At the second window a female handed me my beverage and straw, asked me to pull forward to wait for my order. I asked her for salt and she said she would put it in the bag. I thanked her and pulled forward. At 4:10, I drove around the restaurant to the drive in window because I thought perhaps they had forgotten about me or something. When the same female I spoke with earlier opened the window I stated that it had been 10 minutes since I placed my order and she said they were waiting on fries and the order would be ready in a minute. I then stated, “Ten minutes seems like a long time for a fish sandwich.” She turned and walked away from the window. Another female approached and handed me a bag (which had zero napkins or salt packets in it). She said something about the delay and then proceeded to berate me for violating their policy by “cussing” at an employee. I tried to tell her I didn’t know what she was talking about but she kept lecturing me about the way I talked to the other employee. I insisted that the employee lied to her and that, not only did I not “cuss” at her, I didn’t even raise my voice. She kept speaking to me as though I had done something wrong and eventually identified herself as “the manager.” Even as I type this, I still cannot believe this happened. No one who may read this knows me, but of all the things I could possibly be accused of, this is the most unlikely. This was an egregious accusation. Saying I was shocked and offended doesn’t even scratch the surface. I have been a McDonald’s customer over 50 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had with restaurant staff at any restaurant, McDonald’s or not. Shame on the person who lied about what I said to her and shame on the manager for passing judgement instead of asking me first what had transpired.
