  Came through the drive thru to be told "we're not taking any more orders today we're closing down. We're too understaffed to deal with this." It's 9:20 PM, you'd think they'd take orders even if service will be slow rather than turn people away hours before closing time.

  Absolutely horrible service. Ordered online on the app during business hours, they charged my card and when I came to pick up my order (still within business hours) we sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and the worker never answered. As we drove away we very clearly seen the workers inside not doing their job.

  I don’t know if they’ve got magicians working back there or what but there have been several occasions where I order my food in seconds, drive up to the window, and by the time I pay my food is done. The fastest drive thru experience I have ever had.

  Great experience at Taco Bell! Charlie was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything in my order came out right. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and Charlie’s positive attitude made the visit even better!!^^
