  This is a pretty poorly managed location. The main thing is drive-thru rhythm and etiquette. Employees absolutely do not know how to work the computer/register and they don’t get the flow of it at all. You’re supposed to say “how can I help, would you like sides or drinks, etc..” Instead, they just go silent for about 10-15 seconds. One time, I even had a guy who just straight up stopped talking. The main thing is that they don’t talk. You order and they just go blank until you say “hello” like 15 times. It’s every single one of them, no exceptions, every time.

  1st time & last time. #11 sandwich had stale bread and no flavor, very dry & cold. At least Subway asks if you want it toasted. It's a No-Go

  One and done. Will drive to Dundee if I am wanting a sub. I was literally told straight up “we don’t need your business” by the manager. Good to know because I can easily take my money elsewhere.

  The Manager is very rude. As a new business you would think she would try to be understanding with being a new business in town. I will eat elsewhere.

  Glad to have Jimmy John’s part of our community. The food was great. New place looks amazing. Thank you for taking a run down property that was an eyesore and turn it into something useful for us.
